MONTHLY: SACRED RELEASE

Join our Sacred Release space for a 60 minute call where we will gather to be seen, held, and witnessed in the ebb and flow of life. This sacred space is designed for genuine sharing, compassionate listening, and the profound act of holding space for one another. It is a time where vulnerability is welcomed, and there is no need for advice—just a simple, loving, and understanding presence.

Sacred Release is designed to be a warm hug, being witnessed in your current emotions whether challenging, filled with grief and heartache or joyful and full of celebration. Whatever is arising in your heart is welcome in this space. The intention is to create a supportive environment where all emotions and stories are acknowledged through listening and witnessing free of judgment or feedback. This is not a space for coaching or advice, it is simply a place for release. Everything shared here stays in sacred space and held safely. After sharing we will do a sacred release practice together to release any and all energy back into the ether, collecting our scattered pieces and finding our center once again!

To ensure that everyone has the opportunity to express themselves fully, each participant will have an allotted amount of time to share. This structure allows for an equal and respectful distribution of time, and an inclusive environment where all voices that want to be heard are heard.

Whether you choose to share your own journey or simply bask in the collective release and support, Sacred Circle welcomes you with open arms. It is a sanctuary for release, healing, and connection, where the only requirement is a willingness to be present as well as quietly hold a loving space.
